MNGr.ust Commission Terms and Conditions

Please read before submitting a request.

By commissioning MNGr.ust, you agree to the following terms. These outline the expectations, limitations, and legal rights surrounding the work.

1. GENERAL POLICY

• I reserve the right to refuse any commission without explanation.
• Commissions are for personal, non-commercial use only, unless otherwise agreed.
• No NFTs, AI dataset requests, or blockchain-related work accepted.

2. PAYMENT

• All payments are taken upfront.
• No work begins until payment is confirmed.
• Payments are non-refundable once the piece is in progress.

3. PROCESS

• You will receive updates at the sketch, mid-stage, and final stages.
• Minor revisions during sketch stage are free.
• Major changes after approval may cost extra.

4. USAGE AND RIGHTS

• You may use the artwork for icons, banners, and personal display.
• Credit to MNGr.ust must be visible when posting.
• You may not claim the work as your own, heavily alter it, or use it commercially without prior agreement.
• I retain full rights to the artwork and may display it in my portfolio or promotions.
• If privacy is required, you must state this before payment.

5. PROHIBITED CONTENT

• No pornographic or explicitly sexual content.
• No hate symbols or discriminatory content.
• No corporate branding unless previously agreed.
• No mecha, hyper-realism, or technical work unless discussed beforehand.

6. DELIVERY TIMEFRAME

• Typical turnaround is 1 to 3 weeks depending on complexity.
• Rush orders may be available for an added fee.

7. VIOLATIONS

• Breaking these terms revokes usage rights.
• Violators will be blacklisted from future commissions.
• Copyright takedowns will be issued as needed.

All artwork is digital. No physical items will be shipped.
